Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At LaserX Parts, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders received between Monday and Saturday are processed the same day (excluding UAE public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 (UAE time) are shipped the same day; orders placed after 12:00 are shipped the next business day.
  • Orders received on Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

All orders are shipped express for the fastest possible delivery.
DHL is our preferred carrier, offering the fastest delivery times, the most reliable service, competitive rates, and detailed real-time tracking.
However, we may also use Aramex or other carriers upon the client’s request or when required for certain destinations.

A tracking number and tracking link will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

  • Express Worldwide (main destinations): typically 1–3 business days

  • Remote or rural destinations: may take up to 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier handling in the destination country.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Each country has its own customs and taxation system; please check your local regulations before placing an order.

All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms — meaning that the customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier service.
LaserX Parts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, incorrect delivery addresses, or courier handling issues.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us — we will assist you in liaising with the carrier to resolve the matter promptly.

If you prefer to use your own courier account or arrange a specific shipping method, please contact us before completing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
