Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

At LaserX Parts, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities.
This policy explains how we handle warranty, return, and refund claims for all orders placed through our store.

Warranty Coverage

All LaserX Parts products come with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product is found defective within the warranty period:

  1. Replacement will be offered as the primary remedy.

  2. If replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, mishandling, modification, or improper installation;

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs, accidents, or environmental conditions (moisture, corrosion, overheating);

  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at sales@laserxparts.com and include:

  • Order number,

  • Detailed description of the issue, and

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect.

LaserX Parts reserves the right to inspect or test the product before confirming warranty eligibility or replacement.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the original label affixed.

  • You have obtained prior written approval from LaserX Parts before returning any item.

  • The return fully complies with LaserX Parts’ return instructions.

Products returned without authorization may be refused or discarded without credit.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain approved returns, except for verified warranty replacements.

Return Shipping and Risk

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Risk of loss remains with the customer until the returned product is received and inspected by LaserX Parts.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Inspection and Reporting

All products must be inspected within seven (7) days of delivery (“Inspection Period”).
Any claim for damage, shortage, or incorrect item must be reported within this period.
Failure to report within the Inspection Period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

Returned products will be inspected and tested upon receipt.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after inspection confirms compliance with return conditions.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds are not permitted for:

  • Unauthorized returns without prior written approval,

  • Items that are opened, used, or not in original condition,

  • Products returned after the 90-day eligibility period.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds may be issued to your original payment method, or, where appropriate, we may offer store credit or replacement.

Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
