Welcome to LaserX Parts! These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase and sale of products and related services from LaserX Parts. (“LaserX Parts”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By placing an order, purchasing, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region and that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself, your company, or your organization.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. LaserX Parts is not responsible for unauthorized access or activity under your account.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PROFESSIONAL USE
LaserX Parts specializes in components, consumables, and accessories for professional laser systems.
All products are intended for professional or technical use by qualified personnel. You are responsible for verifying compatibility, correct installation, and safe use of any purchased product.
We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but product color, finish, or appearance may vary due to device settings or manufacturing updates. Product descriptions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. LaserX Parts reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Orders are accepted only after full payment is processed and confirmed.
Once an order has been accepted, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
In the event of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to correct or cancel the order and will notify you accordingly.
All purchases are subject to our Warranty, Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices exclude taxes, customs duties, shipping, and import fees.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and billing information.
By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that:

• The payment details provided are true and authorized.

• You will pay all charges, including shipping, duties, and taxes.

• You will not dispute charges made in accordance with these Terms.

All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processor.
We do not store or have access to your card or banking details. All transactions are handled in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS
All orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) unless otherwise specified.
Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, and taxes in the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier performance, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
LaserX Parts is not liable for carrier delays, customs hold times, or delivery issues arising after dispatch.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, product names, text, images, graphics, and other materials on our website are the property of LaserX Parts or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
References to brands such as DEKA, Quanta System, Cynosure, Candela, Lumenis, or others are made strictly to identify product compatibility — LaserX Parts is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

SECTION 7 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.
If an error is discovered after you place an order, we may cancel or modify the order and will notify you immediately.

SECTION 8 - WARRANTY
LaserX Parts provides a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products that have been properly installed, handled, and used under normal professional operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, modification, or improper installation;

• Damage caused by third-party repairs, accidents, or environmental factors such as moisture, corrosion, or overheating;

• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.

In case of a suspected manufacturing defect, please contact sales@laserxparts.com with clear photos, serial numbers (if applicable), and a detailed description of the issue.
LaserX Parts reserves the right to inspect the product before confirming warranty eligibility or replacement.

SECTION 9 - RETURNS AND INSPECTION
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, provided that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the original label affixed;

• The purchaser obtains LaserX Parts’ prior written consent before returning any item;

• The return complies with all instructions issued by LaserX Parts.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and risk of loss remains with you until the product is received and inspected by LaserX Parts.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to all authorized returns.
LaserX Parts reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
Products returned without prior approval may be refused or disposed of without credit.

The purchaser must inspect all received products within seven (7) days of receipt (“Inspection Period”).
Any claim for damage, shortage, or non-conformance must be reported within this period.
Failure to inspect or report within the Inspection Period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

SECTION 10 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaserX Parts, its officers, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, business interruption, or damage resulting from improper installation, handling, or operation of any part.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaserX Parts, its partners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms,

• Your misuse of our products,

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 13 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENTS
These Terms of Sale, together with our Privacy and Refund Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LaserX Parts regarding product purchases.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website.
Your continued use of the website or submission of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
